⚡ is energy. A cell costs you that much to put down, and a germ gives you that much when you beat it. ❤️ is damage — the health it takes off you if it gets past your cells and reaches the organ.
Germs have got in through a cut in the skin, and they are walking down the blood vessel towards the organ 🫀 at the other end. You can't touch them — but your body can. Tap a white blood cell, then tap the pink tissue next to the vessel to put one there. It fights the germs all by itself.
Every germ you beat gives you some energy, and energy is what buys your next cell. Any germ that gets all the way to the organ takes a bite out of it instead, and you lose health. Lose all ten and you are sick, and the level is over.
Each cell is good at something different, and so is each germ. So have a good look at the vessel before you press START WAVE: where you put your cells is how you win.
